Dolores Margaret Mariani

Dolores M. Mariani 1932-2013 Ludlow - Dolores M. (Talbot) Mariani, 80, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Baystate Medical Center. Born on November 19, 1932 in Rahway, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Louis N. and Marie Rose (Bouchard) Talbot. Dolores graduated from Cathedral High School and furthered her studies to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked at Holyoke Hospital for 25 years and after that provided private home health care for several years. Dolores was very religious and was a communicant of Christ the King Church in Ludlow. She enjoyed traveling, especially the trips she took to Israel, Jerusalem, and Egypt. Dolores loved nursing and going out to dinner with her husband, Reno, whom she married in 1975. Besides her husband, she leaves her son Chris Folvi; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Delores was predeceased by her son Kenneth Folvi. Funeral services will be at the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard, on Friday, May 10, 2013, at 9:30am with a service in the parlor at 10am.
