He was born in Newport, Vermont on February 19, 1945, a son of the late Harold O. and Ella M. (Judd) Willey. Donald is survived by two daughters, Melissa J. Santiago and her husband Richard of Westfield, and Rebecca L. Willey of Indian Orchard; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; four brothers; one sister; and many nieces and nephews.
