Frances M. Brunelle

Frances M. Brunelle, 99, of Indian Orchard, MA, passed away at Birch Manor Nursing Home in Chicopee on Friday, January 30, 2015. She was born in Syracuse, New York, but lived most of her life in Indian Orchard, MA. She was a member of Saint Jude's Mission Church in Indian Orchard. Frances was predeceased by her husband, Henry R. Brunelle; a son, Raymond Smith; and two sons-in-law, Ronald Harrison and Richard "Butch" Franck. She is survived by two daughters, Frances Harrison and Carol Franck and her companion, Richard Clifford. Frances also leaves two grandsons, Ronald Harrison and Douglas Franck and his wife Carrie; two great-grandchildren, Mindy Franck and Nicholas Franck; one great-great-granddaughter, Bryanna Ferreira; Ellen Smith whom she loved as a daughter; and many nieces and nephews. Frances' Family would like to thank everyone at Birch Manor for the love, compassion and wonderful care Frances received. A funeral home service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 12 p.m. at the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St. with Rites of Committal to follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery, 1273 Berkshire Ave. both in Indian Orchard. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Frances' memory to a charity of one's choice.
