Geraldine C. Skawski

WILBRAHAM-Geraldine C. Skawski, 78, of Stony Hill Rd. passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at her daughter's home in Ludlow. Gerry was born in Springfield on July 19, 1940 the daughter of the late Louis & Doris (Jerome) St. John. She was a lifelong homemaker, raising her children and providing for her family. Gerry loved her two cats, Zoe and Frederica aka "Freddie". She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, watching game shows and was especially well read, consuming books on every subject she could find. She was a big fan of Elvis Presley and also loved horses. She leaves her children; Susan Paul of Ludlow and Pam Chechile of Springfield, Joseph Skawski of Springfield and John Skawski of Seattle. She also leaves a brother, Ronald St. John and his wife Tina and several nieces and nephews. The family invites you to join them for calling hours on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. with a brief Religious service at 1:00 p.m. at the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard. Interment of Gerry's ashes following cremation will be private.
