Grace E. Wallace1921-2013O'FALLON, IL-Grace Emily (Pellerin) Wallace 92, of O'Fallon, IL, formerly of Springfield, born July 5, 1921, died Friday, September 20, 2013.  She was a former bookkeeper for Jilson-Thoren Opticians in East Longmeadow and worked in the accounting office of Uniroyal.  Grace was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in O'Fallon, IL and St. Catherine of Siena Church in Springfield.  Grace was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Grace (Rooney) Pellerin; husband, Francis R. Wallace, and a daughter-in-law, Michelle Wallace. She is survived by two children; son, Dr. David Wallace of O'Fallon, IL, and daughter, Mary Ann La Brec of Bolton, CT; five grandchildren: Sean La Brec, Ashley Michelle Wallace, Justin David Wallace, Brittany Marie Wallace, and Shannon Nichole Wallace. Rites of Committal will be held on Friday, September 27th at 9 a.m. in the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 1390 Main St., Agawam. Grace's family will receive relatives and friends at the gathering on Thursday, September 26th from 4-7 p.m. at the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard.
