Irene F. Baillargeon

Irene F. Baillargeon     1953-2010   LUDLOW- Irene F. (Rivard) Charron-Baillargeon, 56, was called home to heaven on Saturday, January 9, 2010. She was born on August 2, 1953 in Worcester, MA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anita (Paine) Rivard. Irene lived in Ludlow for 24 years. She was a communicant of the former St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Ludlow. Irene leaves her sons, Donald Charron II of Ware, and Charlie Paine of Ludlow; a daughter, Anita Charron of Ludlow, five beautiful grandchildren that she loved with all her heart, Nathan "Guber", Nicholas "Slugger", Donald III, Brandon, and Julian; three sisters, Rose Los of Becket, Maryann Taylor of Worcester, and Dianne Nelson of Virginia; three brothers, Joe, Rob, and Paul Rivard, all of Barre, MA; her second mom, Bev Rivard; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Pete Lantino, who was already called to heaven. Funeral services for Irene will be held on Friday, January 15th beginning at 9 a.m. from the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard, with a liturgy of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 41 Warsaw Ave., Ludlow. Rites of Committal and burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Berkshire Ave., Indian Orchard. Irene's family will receive relatives and friends at the calling hours at the funeral home on Thursday, January 14th from 4-8 p.m. Floral expressions of sympathy are welcome, but for those who wish to offset family expenses, memorial contributions may be made to Rose Los, 405 Prince John Drive, Becket, MA 01223.
