Kathleen M. Nassif

Kathleen M. Nassif 1947-2013 Indian Orchard - Kathleen M. (McCollum) Nassif, 66, of Indian Orchard passed away, Saturday, November 23, 2013 at UConn Health Center.  Kathy was born in Springfield on July 23 1947 to the late William and Genevieve (Rinaldi) McCollum. She retired from Mass Mutual Financial Group in 2011 and recently worked at the Olive Garden in Enfield, CT. Kathy was a member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed gardening, doo wop music, movies, and cooking Italian food.  Kathy loved traveling to NYC and to antique stores in VT. She leaves her two daughters, Aimee Nassif of New York, NY, and Nicole Fitzgerald and her husband Mark of Canton, CT; two brothers, Bill McCollum Jr. of MA, and Michael McCollum of Palmer; her sister Mary Goulet and her husband Glenn of Palmer; her pride and joy, granddaughter Abby Collins; several nieces and nephews; and good friend Shirley. Kathy was predeceased by her brother Stephen McCollum and her sister Christine Rusin.  She loved her family more than anything and will be greatly missed by them all. Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 5-8pm at the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard. Burial is private.
