Lawrence A. Fish

Lawrence Alan Fish, 70 of Westfield passed away peacefully on April 5, 2023 at his home after a brief illness. Larry, as family and friends knew him, was born in Springfield and grew up in Ludlow. He graduated from Ludlow H.S. in 1970 and furthered his education, attending UMass Amherst and ITT Technical Institute, receiving his degrees in Computer Programing. He worked in the computer field in the fledgling years as a Programmer and IT specialist for many companies including Lincoln Paper and Friendly’s Ice Cream Corp. Larry was also a longtime member of the Polish Young Mens Alliance & Club. He served in many roles at the club, including as their longtime accountant and assisting with daily operations at the Club. Larry leaves his siblings; Raymond H. Fish Jr. of Westfield and Catherine Fletcher of Three Rivers, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and his longtime companion, Teresa Cole of Westfield. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12, 2023 AT RATELL FUNERAL HOME, 200 MAIN ST., INDIAN ORCHARD FROM 9:00 TO 11:00 A.M. WITH A RELIGIOUS SERVICE AT THE FUNERAL HOME AT 11:00 A.M. FOLLOWED BY BURIAL AT ST. ALOYSIUS CEMETERY, BERKSHIRE AVE., INDIAN ORCHARD.
