Lillian Irene Carlson

Lillian I. Carlson 1918-2010 PORT CHARLOTTE, FL - Lillian I. (Gosselin) Carlson, 92, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Indian Orchard and Ludlow, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2010.  Born in Springfield, she was a resident of Ludlow and Indian Orchard for many years before moving to Port Charlotte (8) years ago.  She was the daughter of the late Wilfred C. and Rosa (Fontaine) Gosselin.  Lillian worked at the former Indian Orchard and Ludlow Mills and was married to the late Henry Carlson who passed in 1982.   She was also predeceased by a brother, Wilfred Gosselin.  Lillian leaves her son, Gary A. Carlson and his wife Carol of Ludlow; (2) grandchildren, Tracey Gamache and her husband Jason of Cherryfield, ME; Amy St. Peter and her husband Jeff of Longmeadow; (2) great grandchildren, Liam and Abigail Gamache of Cherryfield, ME; a sister, Ora Suares of Indian Orchard; a sister-in-law, Dixie Gosselin of Port Charlotte, FL and (2) nephews.  Funeral services and burial in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield will be private.  There are no calling hours.
