Loretta J. Jarvis

Loretta J. Jarvis, 76, of Andrew Street in Ludlow passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Loretta was born in Springfield on December 7, 1946, a daughter to the late Thomas Shlosser and Geraldine (Thibeault) Shlosser. She was raised and educated in Ludlow graduating from Ludlow High School and Holyoke Community College. Loretta danced and taught dancing for many years, competing in many dance competitions throughout the area. She leaves her beloved husband, Anthony W. "Tony" Jarvis of Ludlow. Her devoted children; Anthony W. Jarvis and his wife Heidi of Hampden and Tina Jarvis and her husband Mark Petter of Hudson, Ma., her two beloved grandchildren; Sam and Aiden and 6 nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Loretta was predeceased by her sister, Constance Casler. FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL GATHER TO REMEMBER LORETTA ON FRIDAY, MAY 20, 2022  MORNING AT THE RATELL FUNERAL HOME, 200 MAIN ST. INDIAN ORCHARD FROM 10:00 TO 12:00 A.M. FOLLOWED BY A SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE AT 12:00 A.M. AT THE FUNERAL HOME. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN ISLAND POND CEMETERY, CENTER ST. LUDLOW.
