Paul L. Normand

Paul L. Normand 1942-2014 Ludlow- Paul L. Normand, 72, of Ludlow, passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, September 02, 2014. Born in Holyoke on June 20, 1942, he was a son of the late Paul and Grace (Znoj) Normand. Paul attended Holyoke Trade School and worked as a maintenance man for Roy's Towing, Crance Co., Kidder Stacey, and Randolph Co. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Ellen (Herschuk) Normand, in 2008, and his two sisters, Yvette Giroux and Jacqueline Babyak. Paul leaves his daughter Melany Picard and her husband Edward of Ludlow, his son Michael Normand and his wife Joan of Agawam, his son Gregory Normand of Ludlow, and his daughter Julieann Crowe and her fiancé Jim Conant of Chicopee; his brother Joseph Normand of  Marsden Mills, MA; 11 grandchildren, Anthony, Gregory, Amanda, Kaitlyn, Kristin, Nicole, Colleen, Nicholas, Shaun, Michaela, and Chelsea; 2 great-grandchildren, Trevon and Evan; his sister-in-law Marina and her husband Bill of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral home service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 10am at Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St, Indian Orchard. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay St., Springfield.
