Philip Maurice Beaudet

Philip M. Beaudet 1940-2010 CHICOPEE - Philip Maurice Beaudet, 69, of Chicopee, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 in Brigham & Women's Hospital, Boston.  Born in Rumford, Maine and a long time Chicopee resident, he was the son of the late Roland and Jeannette (Thibodeau) Beaudet.  Philip was the (25) year owner and operator of the Furniture Doctor of Chicopee.  He was a communicant of the former St. George Church of Chicopee Falls and enjoyed bowling.  He served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps during the early 1960's.  He leaves his wife of (47) years, June E. (Richmond) Beaudet; a son, Mark Beaudet of Chicopee, a daughter, Kristine Allen and husband Timothy of Westfield, a brother, Arthur Beaudet of Palm Bay, FL  and (3) grandchildren, Jeannette, Rebecca and Shawn.  A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at St. Rose de Lima Church, 600 Grattan St., Chicopee at 9:30 a.m.  Burial will be at a later date in the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Agawam.  There are no calling hours.
