Rena Faye Gregory1941-2013EAST LONGMEADOW- Rena Faye (Mayo) Gregory, 72, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 in Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Tulsa, OK on May 7, 1941, a daughter of the late Jessie and Zelma (Bunch) Mayo. A woman with a large heart and active in her faith, Rena enjoyed volunteering in her community and interpreting for the deaf. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald E. Gregory, and her daughter, Tammy Hayes. Rena is survived by her children, Cori Hill of Texas, Gwenda Mohring of Virginia, Pamela DeMarco and her husband Dino of New York, Aileen Casey and her husband Dennis of Missouri, Cynthia Rogers of South Carolina, and Robert Gregory and his wife Jenn of Ludlow; a sister, Coretta Newton; a brother Donald Mayo, both of Oklahoma; abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, family members, and close friends. Rena's family will receive relatives and friends at the visitation on Wednesday January 8th from 2-5 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to be celebrated at 5p.m. at the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St. Indian Orchard.
