Ruth M. Illingsworth1916-2015EAST LONGMEADOW- Ruth M. (Brouillard) Illingsworth, 99, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 30, 2015 in Redstone NH. She was born in Holyoke on July 21, 1916 a daughter of the late Aime and Margaret (O'Connell) Brouillard. Ruth retired as a secretary from the veterans' administration, Springfield. She was a communicant of St. Michael's Church and a member of the senior center, both in East Longmeadow. Ruth enjoyed playing cards, bingo, music and playing the piano. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Illingsworth; and two children, Bernice Voisine and Beverly Plush. Ruth is survived by two children, Earlene Gosselin of CT, and Michael Illingsworth of FL; a grandson and her caregiver, Ronald Voisine and nine other grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3rd from 4-7pm at the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St. Indian Orchard. Funeral services and burial will be private.
