William E. Mayou Jr.

William “Bill” E. Mayou Jr. of Agawam, age 81, passed away May 16, 2025. He was born in Ludlow on September 30, 1943, the son of his late parents William and Irene (Bodah) Mayou. Bill married the love of his life, his wife Geraldine (Cowles) in (year). He worked for many years as a carpenter and had a great love for camping and the outdoors. Bill is survived by his beloved wife and children, John Kane and his wife Irene, Daniel Kane and his wife Helene, Robert Nichols, George Nichols and his wife Bridget, Annette Calabrese, and Amy Lynn Flechsing, as well as twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the Ratell Funeral Home at 200 Main Street in Indian Orchard, with a Funeral Home Service beginning at 10:30 AM.
