INDIAN ORCHARD - Jane S. Belleville, 74, of Milton Street in the Orchard passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019, in Springfield with her family at her side. Jane was born in Ludlow on July 11, 1945, daughter to the late Louis J. Dobek, Sr. and Anna H. (Harasik) Dobek. She was a graduate of Cathedral High School. At the age of 13, Jane met Richard Belleville, they courted and were married fifty years ago this week, on September 27, 1969 at St. Aloysius Church. Jane and Richard settled in the Orchard and had a daughter, Jill. Jane worked as a clerk at J.C. Penney’s and as a crossing guard for the Springfield schools for over 30 years. In her younger years, she worked as a clerk at Mass Mutual. Jane was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her husband, daughter, and granddaughter, as well as siblings, nieces, and nephews. Her family came first, and she was always there for them in times of need. Jane leaves her devoted husband, Richard Belleville; her devoted daughter, Jill Czeschin, her husband, Brock, and their daughter, Sophia, of Garnet Valley, PA; her sister, Alice Crate, of Westfield; her sister-in-law, Donna Dobek, of Somers, CT; her brother-in-law, William Latimer of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Louis and Anna, Jane was predeceased by her brother, Louis J. Dobek Jr., and sister, Mildred Latimer. Family and friends will gather to remember Jane on Sunday, September 29, 2019, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at RATELL FUNEAL HOME, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard. Funeral Services will be Monday, September 30, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. from RATELL FUNERAL HOME with a Liturgy of Christian burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 25 Parker St., Indian Orchard.
