Steven Arthur Krusiewicz

December 27, 1957 ~ June 7, 2020 (age 62)


Steven A. “Babes” Krusiewicz, 62, of Pineywood Avenue passed away peacefully on Sunday June 7, 2020 at BSMC in Springfield after being stricken at home.  Steven was born in Springfield on December 27, 1957. He was raised and educated in Springfield and East Longmeadow, graduating from East Longmeadow High School in 1976. He received his degree in Business and Accounting from STCC, graduating in 1978. Steven worked as a logistics Manager for Milton Bradley over 30 and had most recently worked as a Consultant at U.S. Trade Advisory Services & Exports in Peabody, MA. He married the former Pam Suzor on November 26, 1982 and they were blessed with 37 wonderful years together, settling in Wilbraham to raise their family. Steven was a member of the Polish Americans Citizens Club in Ludlow, member of the Board of Directors and served as Sergeant of Arms. He was always available to lend a hand and volunteered many hours for civic and community events at the Club.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially loved to fish. He was a diehard Bruins fan and couldn’t wait for the beginning of Hockey season. His dear father, Arthur S. Krusiewicz predeceased him in 2012. He leaves his beloved wife of 37 years, Pamela ‘Pam” (Suzor) Krusiewicz. His loving mother, Deanna (Hamilton) Krusiewicz of East Longmeadow. His devoted children; Steven A. Krusiewicz II and his wife Allie of Wales and Shelly Krusiewicz of Wilbraham. His two cherished grandchildren; Chelsea and Ryleigh Krusiewicz. His dear sister, Janet Wrinkle of Springfield and her children; Caitlyn and Kelly and the many extended members of the Krusiewicz and Hamilton families. Family and friends are invited to gather to remember Steven on Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at RATELL FUNERAL HOME, 200 MAIN STREET, INDIAN ORCHARD, 01151 FOLLOWED BY A FUNERAL HOME SERVICE AT 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Park St., Belchertown, Ma. 01007. All attendees are required to wear face coverings, practice social distancing and are respectfully asked for no physical contact with the family. Memorial contributions may be made in Steven’s memory to the Polish American Citizens Club, 355 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056
